What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept all major credit cards and secure payments through PayPal. This ensures your financial data is handled with the highest level of security and encryption.
How do I know my order went through? Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
Can I cancel or change my order? Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible (handling time: 0-3 business days), please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to cancel it.

How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Delivery: $5.55 (4-7 business days).
- Fast Delivery: $15.55 (2-5 business days).
- Free Shipping: $0.00 for all orders over $80.00.
Where is my order shipped from? All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment center located at 231 Front St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA.
How can I track my package? Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a unique tracking number for USPS or UPS. You can monitor your shipment’s real-time journey directly on their official websites.
Do you ship on weekends? Our logistics team operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will begin their processing journey on the following Monday morning.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. You have exactly 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive your return at our Brooklyn warehouse, our team performs a quality check. We notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via PayPal within 1-3 business days.
Who pays for return shipping? Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
What if my item arrives damaged? We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please take a clear photo of the damage and email it to [email protected] immediately. We will ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. SIZING & PRODUCT CARE
How do I find the right size? Each product page includes a specific size chart. We offer a wide range from S to 5XL for most of our collections. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable streetwear fit.
How should I wash my Awful Cloth gear? To keep your prints looking fresh, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold, inside out.
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly on the graphic designs.
